You will save money on postage when you let Complete Mailing Service clean, postal-qualify, and process your lists. We'll use our state-of-the-art technology and fresh data from the U.S. Postal Service to ensure you don't mail to old or non-existent addresses.

Data Preparation

The first step in reducing postage cost is to make sure the address records of your mailing list are within the standards set by the U.S. Postal Service. We perform CASS Standardization by using CASS (Coding Accuracy Support System) certified software approved by the USPS. We repair recognizable addresses that are incorrect, and standardize them to meet these USPS specifications. We then append proper ZIP +4 and carrier route codes, plus all other required USPS endorsements.

Finally, we presort your list -- arranging all the addresses in a sequence that meets USPS regulations. And we produce the documentation needed to obtain your postal discounts and ensure delivery.

We combine (merge) two or more lists, and remove (purge) the names and addresses that appear more than once. This gives you a clean list, so you don't waste money mailing to duplicate records.

Merge/Purge

Our cutting-edge Merge/Purge software standardizes and corrects all possible addresses in your lists, then creates a special merge/purge sequence to eliminate the true duplicates and keep the good addresses.

We will reduce your postage costs, and cut down on duplicate mail by identifying sound-alike names (Dennis and Denis, or William and Bill, for example) at the same address and eliminate the duplicate.

NCOAlink

Studies show as many as 20 percent of the United States population moves every year! NCOA processing uses data updated by the U.S. Postal Service every week to identify individuals, families and businesses that move. Complete Mailing Service will incorporate the new information in your in-house list to keep it current and save you the cost of mailing to outdated addresses.

We offer this service FREE to all customers that mail with us. In addition, we will provide you with the list of addresses that are updated or deleted as a result of running the NCOAlink process. This lets you know who in your list will not receive your mailing, and provides you with the updated information so you can update and maintain your database.
